CHEESE BAKED RICE

Rice
5 garlic
Cubed onions
8 button mushroom
Fish/crabstick – Marinade with salt, black pepper, sugar, basil
Butter
Few tbsp mushroom soup
Mozarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper
Parsley, basil, oregano

  1. 1.       Melt butter, fry onions, mushroom
  2. 2.       Fry fish/crabstick
  3. 3.       Add rice, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, sugar
  4. 4.       Wait till cool, transfer to rice cooker à add garlic & water à cook rice
  5. 5.       Coat olive oil in tray
  6. 6.       Put rice in and add mushroom soup
  7. 7.       Top with cheese
  8. 1.       Bake 180-200° for 20 mins
  9. 2.       Garnsh with herbs
