Rice
5 garlic
Cubed onions
8 button mushroom
Fish/crabstick – Marinade with salt, black pepper, sugar,
basil
Butter
Few tbsp mushroom soup
Mozarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper
Parsley, basil, oregano
- 1. Melt butter, fry onions, mushroom
- 2. Fry fish/crabstick
- 3. Add rice, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, sugar
- 4. Wait till cool, transfer to rice cooker à add garlic & water à cook rice
- 5. Coat olive oil in tray
- 6. Put rice in and add mushroom soup
- 7. Top with cheese
- 1. Bake 180-200° for 20 mins
- 2. Garnsh with herbs
